This hotel is situated on a quiet hill, away from the bustling town below. The views from our room were absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the rolling hills and the Count's Fort in the distance. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind on the grand outdoor patio.
All was great at this hotel, nothing to improve!

The decor was very traditional and rooms were spacious. The bath tub in our room was also large. The staff was all very friendly.
The staff couldn't help us with the wi-fi set up. We discovered that the password in the information sheet was wrong (no capital letter). We were also told that the top floor didn't have wi-fi connection (but probably did). The room had a flashing smoke detector in the middle of the room that bothered my children at night. But otherwise, it was a lovely hotel.

I loved staying at this hotel. The view from my room was amazing, and I got to see the medieval castle and the city from it. The breakfast was fantastic, and I got to try some local charcuterie. The staff was really helpful and accommodating. The hotel facilities were excellent, and I enjoyed the sauna-steam room. The parking was plenty, and I had no problem finding a spot. The location was perfect as it was very near to the town centre, and I could easily explore everything around.
Nothing everything was great.

Very comfortable and well-appointed room. Very good breakfast. Quiet location. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Small but pretty garden.
The hotel is situated on th hill above Bouillon so it would be tiring to walk to and from the town. Dinner in the evening, though delicious, did take a very long time to serve.

This hotel is a hidden gem nestled atop a picturesque hill overlooking the charming town. The attention to detail in the decor creates a rustic and homely atmosphere that immediately makes you feel welcome. The rooms, especially those with terraces, offer breathtaking views of the rolling hills. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Plus, the breakfast, although not included, is worth every penny with its fresh and high-quality offerings.
No improvement necessary, everything was absolutely perfect.

Nice location, cosy, homely atmosphere, lovely dining facilities and garden. One of the hosts speaks fluent English, but all of them are friendly and helpful.
You need to slow down to enjoy the pleasures of this hotel, forget the city rush. We were there off season, yet everything took too long to get - food, services, etc. Can't imagine how the family copes in the high season- hope they have extra staff then.

The view from our room was breathtaking, with a balcony overlooking a picturesque wooded area. the room was well, designed, with warm furnishings and modern amenities. Breakfast featured an impressive array of freshly baked bread, fine cheeses, and unusual delights, including a soured milk drink that was surprisingly refreshing.
Wi, Fi was spotty in our room and we had trouble connecting to streaming services. We also experienced some issues with a malfunctioning lamp and a shortage of towels.

Beautiful house! We had a great room with a large balcony and excellent view, lovely garden. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant: good, gourmet French food. Also I loved their dog.
Unable to get wifi to work, and staff was not helpful in solving the problem. While the restaurant was excellent, it was also expensive.

Great view out of the room windows. Large room. Big bath! Easy to get to by car.
No airconditioning and this meant that the room was quite hot especially at night. The wifi reception wasn't strong enough in the room to be used unless the door was open and you sat in the doorway. The breakfast was too expensive to be considered.

One of the standout features of this hotel is its attention to detail. The newly built rooms, as described in one of the reviews, are spacious, beautifully decorated with wood details, and have a warm and cozy atmosphere. Additionally, some rooms even have terraces with stunning views overlooking the hills. This adds a special touch to the accommodation experience.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.
